To mo\u017eemo zahvaliti velikom broju njenih sorti koje se jednako uspje\u0161no uzgajaju u rano prolje\u0107e, ljeti, pa \u010dak i preko zime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Njen najve\u0107i dio, \u010dak do 95 % \u010dini voda. Me\u0111utim iako je salata kao energetski izvor gotovo bezna\u010dajna (100 grama salate sadr\u017ei 63 kJ ili 15 kcal), to nimalo ne umanjuje njenu hranljivu vrijednost. Naprotiv, ona obiluje dragocjenim mineralima i vitaminima. Od mineralnih sastojaka najvi\u0161e ima kalcija (24 mg%) i \u017eeljeza (0,5 mg%). Znatne koli\u010dine magnezija, joda, mangana, kobalta, nikla, silicija i bakra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Od vitamina najbogatija je <a href=\"https:\/\/hr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Vitamin_C\"><strong>vitaminom C<\/strong><\/a> (24 mg%), karotinom (0,12 mg%) i gotovo svim vitaminima grupe B, te vitaminom E. Uzgajiva\u010di zelenu salatu razvrstavaju prema \u010detiri glavne odlike a to su: salata glavatica ili puterica, hrustava kristal-salata, lisnata salata za branje i lisnata salata za rezanje, koje se dalje dijele u mno\u0161tvo podvrsta i varijeteta. Kod nas su svakako najpro\u0161irenije i najomiljenije prve dvije vrste: <strong>puterica<\/strong> i <strong>kristal salata<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zelena salata<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Najvrjedniji ljekoviti sastojak salate je njen <strong>mlije\u010dni sok<\/strong> koji sadr\u017eava tzv. laktukarij. Najvi\u0161e ga ima u korijenu, lisnim rebrima i mladim stabljikama. Taj ne\u0161kodljivi sastojak djeluje kao opijum, i upravo je on pribavio slavu salati jo\u0161 u anti\u010dko vrijeme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Danas su te stare tvrdnje i potvr\u0111ene. Pouzdano se zna da laktukarijum ubla\u017eava bol, nervnu napetost i osigurava spokojan san. Ako neko iz bilo kojih razloga ne mo\u017ee da jede sirovu salatu najbolje je da je prethodno malo propirja na maslacu. Salata \u0107e pri tome izgubiti ne\u0161to vitamina C, ali \u0107e postati probavljivija, a ostali sastojci \u0107e se uglavnom sa\u010duvati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mnogi evropski narodi poput \u0160panaca, Portugalaca pa i Francuza, gotovo svakodnevno imaju na jelovniku zelenu salatu ali ne kao prilog jelu ve\u0107 kao predjelo. Takvo predjelo od svje\u017ee, sirove salate pripremljeno je, odnosno za\u010dinjeno s mnogo ma\u0161tovitosti i kulinarskog umije\u0107a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kao za\u010din koristi se suncokretovo, sojino, bucino i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/maslinovo-ulje-ljekovitost\/\"><strong>maslinovo ulje<\/strong><\/a>. Vinsko, jabukovo ili obi\u010dno sir\u0107e, limunov sok, zelene i crne masline. Razni preljevi od luka, bijelog luka, per\u0161ina i ostalih za\u010dinskih trava i mirodija, majoneza, goru\u0161ice i sli\u010dno. A dodatak mogu biti i krumpir, tvrdo kuhana jaja, cvekla itd. To samo potvr\u0111uje izuzetno svojstvo salate kao aperitiva. \u0160to se ti\u010de za\u010dina valja upozoriti da zelenu salatu treba uvijek za\u010diniti i smije\u0161ati u posljednji \u010das, neposredno prije izno\u0161enja na sto da bi ostala \u010dvrsta i svje\u017ea.esjes<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Zelena salata je biljka koja prati na\u0161e jelovnike gotovo \u010ditave godine.
