Pa, potrebna je ve\u0107a fizi\u010dka aktivnost, te prehrana koja sadr\u017ei manje masno\u0107a \u017eivotinjskog porijekla. Ljudi koji imaju povi\u0161eni kolesterol njihov jelovnik bi trebao da bude raznolik i uravnote\u017een. Ipak, unos masno\u0107a bi valjalo strogo ograni\u010diti. Unos hrane trebalo bi raspodijeliti u najmanje 3 ili idealno 5 obroka dnevno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&gt;&gt; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/znakovi-visokog-kolesterola\/\">Koji su znakovi visokog kolesterola<\/a> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Povi\u0161eni kolesterol jelovnik<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u017ditarice i proizvodi od \u017eitarica<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dozvoljene namirnice:<\/strong> integralni, graham ili ra\u017eeni kruh, sme\u0111a ri\u017ea, integralna tjestenina i druge integralne \u017eitarice. \u0160to se ti\u010de koli\u010dine, uzimaju se najvi\u0161e dvije tanke kri\u0161ke kruha (dva mala peciva) ili jednaka koli\u010dina ostalih \u017eitarica dnevno.<br><strong>Zabranjene namirnice:<\/strong> bijeli kruh i proizvodi od bijeloga bra\u0161na, lisnato tijesto, vu\u010deno tijesto, grickalice poput \u010dipsa ili slanih \u0161tapi\u0107a, njoki i druga krumpirova tijesta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Meso, riba i jaja<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dozvoljene namirnice:<\/strong> riba, barem 2 puta sedmi\u010dno (naro\u010dito plava), meso peradi bez ko\u017ee i masno\u0107a (najbolje bijelo meso), teletina, janjetina (kuhano ili pe\u010deno na \u017earu), bjelanjci od jaja<br><strong>Zabranjene namirnice:<\/strong> masna mesa, naro\u010dito svinjetina i govedina, iznutrice, pa\u0161tete, mesni naresci, suhomesnati proizvodi, salame, \u017eumanjak od jaja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/kolesterol-iz-jaja\/\"><strong>Kolesterol iz jaja ipak ne za\u010depljuje arterije evo i kako<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Povr\u0107e<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dozvoljene namirnice:<\/strong> sve mahunarke, kupus (svje\u017ei, kuhani ili ukiseljeni), blitva, kelj, brokula, prokulice, \u010di\u010doka, batat, \u0161pinat, gra\u0161ak, poriluk, luk, \u010de\u0161njak, cikla, raj\u010dica, paprika, krastavci, salate, mrkva, celer, tikvice, bundeva, \u0161paroge.<br><strong>Ograni\u010dene namirnice:<\/strong> krumpir (kuhan ili pe\u010den u kori) je dozvoljen samo 2 puta sedmi\u010dno, a tada se izostavi kruh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vo\u0107e<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dozvoljene namirnice:<\/strong> naran\u010da, grejp, mandarina, limun, jabuka, malina, kupina, borovnica, ribiz, aronija, vi\u0161nja, breskva, nektarina. Ove vrste vo\u0107a dozvoljeno je uzimati do 500 g na dan.<br><strong>Zabranjene namirnice:<\/strong> tre\u0161nja, kru\u0161ka, dinja, lubenica, smokva, kokosovo mlijeko, tropsko vo\u0107e poput manga, papaje i ananasa, banana, gro\u017e\u0111e, su\u0161eno vo\u0107e, vo\u0107e ukuhano sa \u0161e\u0107erom. Iako ora\u0161asti plodovi sadr\u017ee puno zdravih masno\u0107a (koje \u0107e pove\u0107ati dobar HDL kolesterol), ipak su i to masno\u0107e te valja paziti na koli\u010dinu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&gt;&gt; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/limun-i-persin-za-kolesterol\/\"><strong>Limun i per\u0161in uklanjaju masno\u0107u u krvi<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mlije\u010dni proizvodi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dozvoljene namirnice:<\/strong> obrano mlijeko (do najvi\u0161e 1,5 % mlije\u010dne masti) i proizvodi od njega. Jogurt, kiselo mlijeko, kefir, svje\u017ei posni sir. Ove namirnice se mogu uzimati svakodnevno, ali ipak treba pripaziti na koli\u010dinu.<br><strong>Zabranjene namirnice: <\/strong>punomasno mlijeko i proizvodi od njega, vrhnje, maslac, punomasni sirevi (sadr\u017ee vi\u0161e od 25% mlije\u010dne masti), \u0161lag, mlije\u010dni i sirni namazi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Masno\u0107e<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dozvoljene namirnice:<\/strong> djevi\u010dansko maslinovo ulje i druga hladno pre\u0161ana ulja, margarin, sve u manjim koli\u010dinama<br><strong>Zabranjene namirnice:<\/strong> svinjska mast, maslac, vrhnje, sva pr\u017eena jela<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Za\u010dini<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dozvoljene namirnice:<\/strong> svi za\u010dini su dozvoljeni, no sol treba koristiti umjereno.<br><strong>Zabranjene namirnice:<\/strong> majoneza, masni dresinzi za salatu.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pitanje je, \u0161ta&nbsp;raditi kada je kolesterol u krvi povi\u0161en?
