Ovaj naziv se od davnina koristi, a \u0161iroko poznat je na Balkanu i Bliskom istoku za ovu&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/recept-za-jako-ukusnu-sarenu-salatu\/\"><strong>\u0161arenu salatu<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Iako se svugdje tur\u0161ija izgovara sli\u010dno, postoje razlike u na\u010dinu pripreme, kako u vrstama povr\u0107a, obradi i za\u010dinima koji se koriste, tako i u koli\u010dini soli ili \u0161e\u0107era.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tur\u0161ija<\/strong> je fantasti\u010dan primjer ukusne i raznovrsne zimnice koja \u0107e idealno upotpuniti svako pe\u010denje tokom ki\u0161nih jesenskih i hladnih zimskih mjeseci, a ovdje je recept za tur\u0161iju kojim lako mo\u017eete napuniti svoju smo\u010dnicu \u0161arenim teglama.<\/p>\n<h2>Recept za tur\u0161iju<\/h2>\n<p>Za pripremu mo\u017eemo koristiti bilo koje sezonsko, uglavnom zeleno povr\u0107e. Budite kreativni, iskoristite svoju ma\u0161tu u odabiru namirnica.<\/li>\n<li>1 litar alkoholnog octa<\/li>\n<li>3 litra vode<\/li>\n<li>400 grama \u0161e\u0107era<\/li>\n<li>200 grama soli<\/li>\n<li>1 vinobran<\/li>\n<li>Kantica s poklopcem od 10 kg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Odnos povr\u0107a za pravljenje tur\u0161ije zavisi samo od va\u0161eg ukusa i od onoga \u0161to vam je na raspolaganju. Vi sami treba da prona\u0111ete va\u0161 savr\u0161en recept, ba\u0161 onako, kako Vama i va\u0161im uku\u0107anima najvi\u0161e odgovara.<\/p>\n<h3>Kako se priprema tur\u0161ija<\/h3>\n<p>Povr\u0107e i kanticu dobro operite. Nare\u017eite o\u010di\u0161\u0107eno povr\u0107e na \u017eeljenu veli\u010dinu i posla\u017eite u kanticu. Sve skupa je gotovo za sat vremena, bez smrada, pranja teglica, a i kada ne\u0161to potro\u0161ite, samo dodajte novo povr\u0107e u otopinu.
