Instinktivno smo to oduvijek znali, a danas nam nutricionisti obja\u0161njavaju i za\u0161to:&nbsp; u organizmu postoje tri &#8216;\u010darobne&#8217; supstancije koje moramo redovno &#8216;hraniti&#8217; kako bi bile aktivne i odr\u017eale nas u formi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U ljudskom tijelu dosad je identificirano \u0161ezdesetak neuroprenosnika, koji na poticaj odre\u0111enih sastojaka \u0161to ih hranom unosimo u organizam \u0161alju mozgu odre\u0111ene poruke. Za dobro raspolo\u017eenje najva\u017eniji su dopamin, noradrenalin i serotonin, koji svojim porukama reguliraju na\u0161e emocionalno stanje i, ma koliko nam se to moglo \u010diniti \u010dudnim, predstavlja hemijske pokazatelje sre\u0107e. Kada mozak ne dobija dovoljno serotonina, oprostite se od vedrine i optimizma; pomanjkanje noradrenalina otvorit \u0107e put poreme\u0107aju sna, stresu i poti\u0161tenosti, a nedostatak dopamina odrazit \u0107e se na pad koncentracije i gubitak motivacije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sklad i uravnote\u017eena raspodjela tih triju &#8221;glasnika&#8221; dakle, znatno doprinose dobrom raspolo\u017eenju i pozitivnim vibracijama. Serotonin djeluje opu\u0161taju\u0107e, pru\u017ea nam osje\u0107aj ugode i dobar san. Budi u nama radost i uravnote\u017euje nas, odakle mu i nadimak &#8216;hormon dobrog raspolo\u017eenja&#8221;. Iako sam ne postoji u hrani, pojedine namirnice sadr\u017ee triptofan, aminokiselinu koja se apsorpcijom u organizmu pretvara u serotonin. Iz toga proizlazi da se klju\u010d optimizma i dobrog raspolo\u017eenja krije u dnu riblje plate s ri\u017eom ili pak u pe\u010denoj patki sa skokvama &#8211; ukusnim jelima koja sadr\u017ei triptofan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Noradrenalin, s druge strane, stimulira mozak, pobolj\u0161ava mo\u0107 zapa\u017eanja, ja\u010da motivaciju i energiju, usto je i prirodni antidepresiv. Za njegovu je proizvodnju potreban L-tirozin, aminokiselina koju nalazimo u jajima, plodovima mora, mlijeku i siru. Posljednji, ali ne i najmanje va\u017ean dopamin stimulira srce i metabolizam, zahvaljuju\u0107i \u010demu postajemo aktivni, dinami\u010dni i emocionalno stabilni. Osobe koje nemaju dovoljno dopamina, \u010desto su zatvorene u sebe, neodlu\u010dne i bez inicijative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Znamo da je <strong>vitamin C<\/strong>, iskorijenio skorbut, vitamin D okon\u010dao rahitis, da kalcij spre\u010dava osteoporozu, a \u017eeljezo se uspje\u0161no hvata u ko\u0161tac s anemijom. Istodobno, nau\u010dnici \u0161irom svijeta svakodnevno objavljuju nova istra\u017eivanja o pozitivnim u\u010dincima raznih polifenola, flavonoida ili karotenoida u lije\u010denju i prevenciji kardiovaskularnih bolesti, pretilost i nekih vrsta raka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nova svijest o utjecaju prehrane na zdravlje sve \u010de\u0161\u0107e vodi nerealnim o\u010dekivanjima da nam nutricionisti mogu smije\u0161ati savr\u0161en koktel namirnica koji \u0107e pobolj\u0161ati na\u0161e fizi\u010dke i intelektualne sposobnosti, a na\u0161 barometar raspolo\u017eenja ustalit na sun\u010danim razdobljima. No, jelovnik za dobro raspolo\u017eenje nemogu\u0107e je slo\u017eiti ako prvo ne ustanovimo \u010dega nam nedostaje; pomanjkanje \u017eeljeza primjerice , utje\u010de na koncentraciju i pam\u0107enje, nedostatak cinka nagriza osje\u0107aj njuha, a nedovoljno masnih kiselina dovodi do poreme\u0107aja vida.
