{"id":9575,"date":"2013-11-22T14:46:48","date_gmt":"2013-11-22T13:46:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/narodnilijek.com\/web\/?p=9575"},"modified":"2023-12-05T12:19:04","modified_gmt":"2023-12-05T11:19:04","slug":"ishrana-u-trudnoci-treba-biti-raznovrsna-i-kvalitetna","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/ishrana-u-trudnoci-treba-biti-raznovrsna-i-kvalitetna\/","title":{"rendered":"Ishrana u trudno\u0107i treba biti raznovrsna i kvalitetna"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Zdrava ishrana je va\u017ena tokom cijelog \u017eivota, ali posebno je va\u017eno da se pravilno hranite u trudno\u0107i ili kada to planirate. <strong>Ishrana u trudno\u0107i<\/strong> treba biti raznovrsna i kvalitetna, trebate unositi sve hranjive materije bjelan\u010devine, ugljikohidrate, masno\u0107e, minerale, itd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Odnosno potrebno je dnevno unositi predstavnike svih osnovih grupa hrane meso i njegove alternative <a href=\"http:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/bjelancevine\/\"><strong>bogate bjelan\u010devinama<\/strong><\/a>, \u017eitarice, vo\u0107e, povr\u0107e, mljeko i mlije\u010dne proizvode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Najgore posljedice <strong>neadekvatne ishrane<\/strong> po bebu jesu one u prvim danima trudno\u0107e i u posljednjem trimestru kad se razvija bebin mozak. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ishrana u trudno\u0107i<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fetusi hranjive materije dobijaju od majke i zato je va\u017eno da trudnica zna koje vrste namirnica najvi\u0161e koriste njenom djetetu. Ukoliko ste se i prije trudno\u0107e zdravo hranili, onda ne trebate pretjerano mijenjati re\u017eim ishrane, osim \u0161to se u trudno\u0107i pove\u0107avaju <strong>potrebe za kalorijama<\/strong>, bjelan\u010devinama, vitaminima, mineralima i vodom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koliko \u0107e se va\u0161a ishrana promijeniti zavisi od vas, va\u0161ih potreba, zdravstvenog stanja, starosne dobi i sl. Sasvim je normalno da vam se u trudno\u0107i apetit pove\u0107a i da jedete vi\u0161e nego obi\u010dno jer vam metabolizam radi br\u017ee, ali to ne zna\u010di da treba da jedete za dvoje. Izuzetno je va\u017ean kvalitet hrane, a ne njena koli\u010dina. Potreba za energijom nije mnogo pove\u0107ana, \u0161to zna\u010di da je dovoljno 300-500 dodatnih kalorija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tako\u0111er, trudnicama,&nbsp;u ve\u0107im koli\u010dinama nego ina\u010de, neophodno je \u017eeljezo.&nbsp; Smatra se da je dnevna potreba za \u017eeljezom u trudno\u0107i 7 mg. Izbjegavajte za\u0161e\u0107erene vo\u0107ne sokove, gazirana i vje\u0161ta\u010dka pi\u0107a, mnogo \u017eena se ugoji tokom trudno\u0107i samo zato \u0161to ne mogu da se odreknu lo\u0161ih navika i piju mnogo upravo ovakvih napitaka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nedovoljan unos vode kod trudnica mo\u017ee dovesti do nesvjestice ,slabosti mi\u0161i\u0107a i&nbsp; pove\u0107anog osje\u0107aja uznemirenosti, a fetus ne dobija dovoljnu koli\u010dinu hrane, slabo se odvode \u0161tetne materije, stalno se nalazi u povi\u0161enoj temperaturi i ima smanjenu koli\u010dinu plodne te\u010dnosti. Dehidratacija opasno ugro\u017eava rast i razvoj&nbsp; bebe, a kod nekih \u017eena mo\u017ee izazvati preuranjene trudove i poro\u0111aj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za svaki slu\u010daj da napomenemo da trebate potpuno izbjegavati alkohol, alkoholna pi\u0107a su za trudnice zabranjena. U su\u0161tini, treba da u\u017eivate u raznolikoj hrani, obezbjedite unos svijh kvalitetnih i korisnih hranjivih materija, te zadr\u017eite dobru tjelesnu te\u017einu regulisanjem koli\u010dine hrane koju unosite.
