Brzo udarite petu o petu, opet ra\u0161irite noge. Ponavljajte onoliko puta koliko mo\u017eete, broje\u0107i glasno do 20. Spustite noge na krevet, pa ponovite ovu vje\u017ebu koja je odli\u010dna za mi\u0161i\u0107e bedara i <a href=\"http:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/bedra-trbuh-ili-straznjica-5-zakona-mrsavljenja-za-svaki-dio-tijela\/\"><strong>donjeg dijela le\u0111a<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Mo\u017eete vje\u017ebati i na podu<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Za lijepo oblikovanje stra\u017enjice i trbuha<\/strong>, ispred kau\u010da oslonite se na pod koljenima i dlanovima.
