Prilikom <strong>meditacije<\/strong> treba isklju\u010diti sve ure\u0111aje, kao \u0161to su televizor, radio, ra\u010dunalo i mobitel, kako vas ni\u0161ta ne bi prekinulo. Najbolje je meditirati svaki dan u isto vrijeme, po dvadeset minuta. Radi opu\u0161tanja upalite mirisne svije\u0107e ili \u0161tapi\u0107e i pustite laganu, opu\u0161taju\u0107u glazbu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako meditirati?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Nakon \u0161to stvorite oazu mira u svojoj sobi ili nekoj drugoj prostoriji, sjednite i udobno se smjestite tako da vam ki\u010dma bude prava.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Uobi\u010dajeni polo\u017eaj za sjedenje je polo\u017eaj lotosa (turski sed) sa nogama savijenim u koljenu, a mo\u017eete postaviti i jastuk ispod sebe.<br>&#8211; Ruke oslonite na koljena s dlanovima okrenutim prema gore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Zatvorite o\u010di.<br>3. Duboko udahnite kroz nos i fokusirajte se na zrak koji ispunjava va\u0161a plu\u0107a. Neka vam se, dok di\u0161ete, \u0161iri trbuh, a ne plu\u0107a.<br>4. Izdahnite \u0161to sporije.<br>5. Zaboravite sve misli i probleme i koncentrirajte se isklju\u010divo na protok zraka.<br>6. U po\u010detku \u0107e vam svakakve misli okupirati um, ali bitno je da ih pustite da pro\u0111u, pa da se ponovno koncentrirate na disanje.<br>7. U po\u010detku meditirajte desetak minuta, a nakon nekoliko dana vrijeme meditacije pove\u0107ajte na dvadeset minuta.<br>8.
